VITAPURE Sebo-Balancing Purifying Cream

BENEFITS :

This cream has been formulated to restore balance in oily skins and prevents the appearance of blemishes. It contains active principles carefully selected to regulate sebaceous secretions, tighten pores and reduce shine.

The combination of an extract of Enantia Chlorantia (African tree used for its ethno-medicinal properties: anti-inflammatory, anti-pyretic action) rich in protoberberins together with Oleanolic Acid tightens pores and prevents blemishes.

The association of Oleanolic Acid and Nordhihydroguaiaretic Acid (NDGA) in an osmotic gel brings its anti-seborrheic, anti-hyperkeratosis, anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial action. Oleanolic Acid fights hyperseborrhaea in inhibiting 5-α reductase. The NDGA is a cell growth regulator allowing to reduce hyperkeratosis and inflammation. The osmotic gel helps to control bacterial growth. This active ingredient has been tested in vitro and in vivo with – 44% decrease of seborrhoea (on 9 volunteers with 2 applications per day during 6 weeks) – 35% decrease of blackheads, – 32% decrease of papules and pustules (sur 20 volunteers with 2 applications per day during 8 weeks).

The Algae extract (laminaria) containing a lot of  phlorotannins, minerals, trace elements and sugar reduces the sebum excess in inhibiting 5-alpha reductase, slows down the process of bacterial inflammatory and restores the physiological balance of skin. It purifies the skin and improves its look. It reduces the aggravating factors of scares.

Tocopheryl Acetate, stable form of vitamin E, antioxidising and anti-free radicals protects the skin against oxidative stress.

Panthenol or vitamin B5 is the active and biologically stable form of pantothenic acid.  Panthenol promotes the healing process in stimulating the epidermisation and the formation of granulation at lesions level. It soothes skin irritations, smoothes the expression features and provides softness and suppleness.

The Calendula extract provides its healing and soothing properties.

Finally, the glycerin while promoting the water content of the upper tissues, restores suppleness and comfort to the skin.

This cream comforts and purifies, refines the skin's texture and leaves it matte and ultra-soft. The skin is revived and toned; its radiance and clearness are restored.
