1. Our products are sold to and by licensed skin care professionals ONLY. Proof of professional license and business license may be required at any time.
  2. Professional may order any item with no minimum order FIRST TIME ONLY to test and sample products. Please note intro packages are available at special prices.
  3. All orders are prepaid by credit card SHIP from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. We accept  VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER . Please understand that we have no control over delivery times to your location. Please order in time to receive your products to avoid shortages. Buyer is responsible to make arrangements to receive packages. Refused or returned packages will not be shipped without prepayment, and shipping charges will be doubled.
  4. All orders are shipped UPS Ground or FedEx, unless otherwise requested. We do not mail products.

         Posters, clients-catalogues and samples are available with a purchase order.

  2. Returns are accepted only when written authorizations are evident, obtained from Allegra M. France-Paris. All pre-approved returns must be made within 5 days. Packages sent to our warehouse without a RMA number will be refused. We DO NOT give cash/credit card refunds. Items returned due to shipment damage or defective packaging will be replaced with an identical item. All sale of educational material (books, videos, etc.) are final. All pre-approved returns will be subjected to 25% restocking fee. We will send call tags ONLY for order errors on our part, or merchandise damaged in shipment. Items returned for other reasons must be returned by buyer, with proper authorization.
  3. There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks. No exceptions. Buyers with dishonored checks may be subject to prepayment of all future orders.
  4. Damaged shipments must be reported to carrier and to our shipping department.
  5. Applicable law: Orders are accepted in Los Angeles County. The laws of California apply to all transaction and enforcement of these items and conditions may be brought in any of the courts in Los Angeles, Count, California.
