This oil being non foaming, stir 2-3 capfuls of bath oil gently into running water,  lie back and enjoy ultimate rest and relaxation for 15 to 20 minutes.

Acerola or barbados cherry is the edible fruit of Malpighia glabra, of the genera Bunchiosa and Malpighia of the family Malpighiaceae. The fleshy red stone fruits, about the size of a cherry, contain very high amounts of vitamin C .They are dried and ground to be used in  cosmetic products . This ingredient is a natural antioxidant and is used as a preservative.
